Your support is essential to the Orchestra's artistic endeavors. A strong base of contributed income ensures the artistic and fiscal vitality of the Cincinnati Symphony and Pops, enabling the orchestras to maintain their world-class status and serve as an important source of enjoyment for the residents of the Greater Cincinnati area. The Orchestra has been referred to as the "crown jewel" of the Queen City. Why? Because, through the financial infrastructure built by thousands of donors, the CSO and Pops are able to offer year-long performances as diverse as classical and pops concerts at Riverbend and Music Hall, the free Parks concerts, regional touring, Young Peoples' Concerts, Lollipop Family Concerts, Music for Children and the Chamber Players Series.

Who benefits from the Orchestra? You do! And so, too, do the 400,000 people, from schoolchildren to grandparents, who attend concerts or participate in CSO programs.

Your donation to the CSO plays an important part. In our growing donor community, everybody can play an important part. Annual Fund. Provides the yearly support necessary to present varied programs and performances for the people of the Greater Cincinnati region. Several levels of giving, including the new Club 115 celebrating the CSO's 115th Anniversary Season, are available for you to personalize your support and receive exclusive benefits as a supporter of the CSO & Pops. Special Funds. Honor or remember someone with a gift to one of our special funds which provide scholarships to young musicians or tickets to senior citizens, students and the disadvantaged.

Endowing the Future. Endowment gifts have provided the financial foundation upon which the Orchestra's success is founded. Funds are invested and professionally managed to provide annual income to support of operations.

Planned Giving
Individuals who have included the Orchestra in their wills or who have created a charitable trust which will support the Orchestra are eligible for membership in The Thomas Schippers Society.

Sponsors, Corporate Sponsors and public foundations partner with the CSO & Pops through a number of sponsorship vehicles, ranging from individual concert weekends or events, concert series, education and outreach programs, or custom-made partnerships. Podium Partners are the highest level partnerships.

Fine Arts Fund. The Orchestra receives significant support from this community-wide campaign which supports a wide-range of artistic activity, large and small.
