*Riverbend CSO and Pops concert tickets are available from the CSO & Pops Box Office at Music Hall 513.381.3300, as noted above, or online. They also are sold through the Riverbend Box Office on concert days, in person or by calling 513.232.6220, 11 am to intermission, except Sundays, when the Box Office opens at 1 pm and remains open until intermission.

Riverbend concerts are performed rain or shine.

How to Buy Tickets for Individual Concerts

Single tickets for the 2010-2011 CSO & Pops concerts go on sale to the general public on Wednesday, August 11, 2010 at 10 AM EST.  Single tickets for these same concerts go on sale to subscribers on Wednesday, August 4, 2010.  There are no refunds on single ticket purchases. All programs and artists subject to change without notice.

In person
Music Hall Box Office, Mon.-Sat. 10am-5pm or 2 hours prior to performances. Convenient 15 minute curbside parking available on Elm street in front of the Music Hall Box Office. There is no service charge for in person ticket sales.

Flexible Exchange Policy
Can’t make the concert? You may exchange your CSO ticket for any other CSO concert or your Pops tickets for any other Pops concert in the same season (excluding special events), or donate your tickets for a tax-deductible receipt. There are no refunds on singe ticket (non-subscription) purchases, and a service charge of up to $3 per ticket applies to non-subscription ticket exchanges.  There is no service charge for subscriber exchanges. 

You must request your ticket exchange at least 24 hours prior to the concert you cannot attend because the value of your ticket is void once the concert has passed.

If you exchange for higher-priced tickets, you will be charged for the difference. If you exchange for lower priced tickets, no refund will be issued.

Call the Box Office at 513.381.3300. Our Customer Service Representatives will be happy to locate seats for the concert of your choice from the best available seating at that time. Be sure to have the tickets you wish to exchange in hand.

By fax
Void the unused tickets by ripping them in half. Make a copy of both front halves of voided tickets and fax to 513.744.3599.  Please include your name, phone number, and a note describing your ticket request.

In person
Convenient 15 minute curbside parking available on Elm Street in front of the Music Hall Box Office or come to the Music Hall Customer Service Center during concert performances.

Send the tickets you wish to exchange with a note describing your ticket request to the Music Hall Box Office, 1241 Elm Street | Cincinnati OH 45202.
